Milestones

2009
Established our first biology laboratory in Charleston, South Carolina, initiating research in cellular biology to lay the scientific foundation for future pediatric health solutions.

2010
Launched the Acesvia™ platform, pioneering human cell-based screening and function-guided iterative extraction. This breakthrough approach allowed us to identify, refine, and validate GRAS-listed natural ingredients with real biological effects—setting the stage for AGEBOX’s evidence-based supplement development.

2012
Our Chief Scientist was named a Fellow of the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering, recognizing our leadership in biomedical innovation. The lab was relocated to Richmond, Virginia.

2016
Completed the Acesvia™ Cell Pathway and Molecular Target Map—a comprehensive atlas of nearly 1,000 potent natural extracts, each mapped to specific human cellular pathways and molecular targets. This resource covers 17 core signaling pathways and 62 key molecular targets across 8 major biological systems, including growth, metabolism, and neuroinflammation.

2018
Leveraging our pathway map and robust experimental data, agebox scientists developed multiple functional supplement formulas targeting pediatric endocrine health, with a focus on real, measurable outcomes for children.

2021
After nine years of research and refinement, AGEBOX launched iKids-Growth—a science-backed, hormone-free supplement designed to unlock children’s natural height potential. The same year, we established Xregen Lab in China, furthering our commitment to global pediatric health innovation.

2023
Secured over $4 million in angel investment and launched a pioneering clinical study on iKids-Growth for Silver-Russell Syndrome (SRS), advancing evidence-based interventions for rare pediatric growth disorders.
